Hydro Fusion manufactures high-efficiency Cross Flow Cooling Towers designed to deliver reliable cooling with optimized airflow and reduced energy consumption. In a cross flow configuration, air moves horizontally across the falling water stream, enabling effective heat transfer while operating at lower fan power.

Hot process water enters the tower from the top and flows downward by gravity over specially designed fill media. At the same time, ambient air is drawn from the sides and passes across the water flow, allowing efficient heat dissipation. This arrangement ensures uniform cooling, stable performance, and smoother operation even during continuous industrial use.
